Hello. I am 20, and I have been dealing with the same problem since I was 17. Everything you just mentioned, happens to me. The pain, as far as I have been told, is not serious. I read that if you think about something, it causes a chemical to be released in the brain, and it makes you think worse about it, which causes you to panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia. It is really scary. I read the book "Anxiety and Depression for Dummies" and I thought it was pretty helpful. Good Luck.
I also have the same problem. Everytrime you get a pain or an ache you think that your dying. I've been through it also and was even put on medicine for it. I don't think the meds help if you ask me I still have my attacks. You just need to think of good thoughts and when you do feel a pain or an ache take a deep breath and relax. Hope everything works out. God bless!
