pain in fingers, hand and feet

I have been under a lot of stress lately and have suffered from anxiety about 3 years now. This past week my fingers would get stiff and hurt and the palms of my hands but I only notice it when I am tensed or stressed out. when i am in a relaxed state I don't get these sensations. Does anyone else get this same type of pain and can it be anxiety related?

i dont get tense fingers just arms and legs and neck i gets pins and needles in my fingers it is scary if you are unsure then get it checked out,but in answer to your question yes these are signs

My mom has Raynards disease which is not very common. She has pain in her fingers when the temperature reaches under 18 degrees. It is a lack of circulation. She developed it only in the last few years and it took ages to diagnose. Doctors offer very little help, but eating Golden Flax seed has helped her tremendously. The last winter she was pain free. Give it a try if you don't reach any other conclusions.
