pain of any type of cancer?

almost 3 weeks back, i had left side pain of kidney, took paracetamol and next day doctor had recommended no-spa and brufin tablets... after course of 5 days,  since last 2 weeks i am having pain on left side of stomach... which keeps on coming and going... and also its moves from left to right... feels discomfort in stomach... also get burning sense in chest... wonder what is going on..... is it symptoms of any type of cancer.... have yellowish stool.... very much worried....

cancer symptoms are different. I'm not cancer specilist but if you are concerend with stomach cancer i dnt think so its cancer...
for cancer you dont feel any pain uptill the last stage....is blood coming out from your mouth??? or are you vomiting...
i think you must be eating some oily food or must be having some abdominal infection
the yellow stool is the sign of infection in your abdomen or it might be those medicines you took.....
about you kidney pain....drink lots of water and avoid cola drinks and alcohol...
it seems like both of these problems are seperate and different
stomach prob is different and kidney is another one...
have some ultrasound for kidney
and for stomach go to your doctor...it seems you are having some infection......
as far as i think its not cancer..

Highly unlikely it would be cancer of any kind.  It sounds like possible gallbladder problems, or GERD.  There could be a million things it could be, most of which are benign and treatable.  Never think the worst, but most certainly symptoms that persist should be evaluated by your doctor.
