It's normal for your heart rate to rise during activities like working out or playing a sport. But if this is new or "different" and considering your age, I would get this checked out right away. Best wishes.
Thank you for that. I have had many tests before, but these so called not harmful palpitations are so off putting when playing sport. One just wanders if they are doing any harm?? must be terrible for a heart muscle to change beats like that I recon?
