Are you kidding me RTB? Who in their semi-right minds DOESN'T get a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack before an interview?
(I AM sort of poking you with Mr.Geares "funny stick." He lets me play with it once in awhile)
I do NOT mean to make light of you having a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack. There is NOTHING funny about a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack..........EVER! If you are prone to panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia/anxiety attacks, that you had one before this interview is not in the least surprising. If this is your firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 100 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 25 First-progesterone vgs 400 First-progesterone vgs 50 First-testosterone First-testosterone mc and only experience having a panic attack, I wouldn't get too freaked out about it. If this job is really important to you, then this is most likely a "one trick pony" attack and you may very well never have another. If that is the case, don't dwell on it. Just accept that your mind took over for a bit and no doubt made you feel like you were about to implode and worse. That's panic for you. Nasty stuff. Let it go. How was the interview?
If, and this is a big if, you should begin to have panic attacks on a regular basis, NOW would be the perfect time to see your doctor, rule out any underlying medical problems and have him/her recommend a good therapist. If this isn't your first, the proceeding advice still stands. Either way, you need to deal with the issues that are creating the panic and get your life back.
Hope things turned out the way you wanted!
Peace
