You really do need to see a professional about this for therapy and/or medication. They can help you get to the root of your anxiety and teach you coping and relaxation skills.
You won't kill yourself, just like you didn't die from previous attacks. This is an un-natural fear you're having and you won't act on it. But you do need to address all this right away because your anxiety can worsen. Take care...
Don't worry, panic attacks really do come and go. Every time it seems you need a better and newer way to get out of it. But if you don't consult a doctor(face to face), it's going to increase.
Maybe it will become hard for you to be social anymore. Just drink a glass of cool water, take a deep breathe and go to a psychiatrist. If you think you are having panic attack during that time, try to breathe deeply and let go. then go to the doctor. Every thing's going to be absolutely fine and keep on answering, let us know how much you've improved.
