Hi there. I'm really sorry you are having panic attacks. Those feel terrible. One thing that can help a little bit is keeping your blood flowing. Opening and closing your fists very tightly/firmly does that. Deep breathing also helps--- try square breathing (breathe in 4, hold 4, breath out 4, hold 4, repeat).
However, it is really best if you work with a therapist. Getting to triggers of the panic and working on coping will help. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be amazing in overcoming panic. And there is always medications to add if need be. But I strongly advise you to work with a therapist on this. good luck to you
hi, i suffer from panic attacks and when i get them i get them pretty bad. theres is this system U use. its name five things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can smell, 2 things u can taste and 1 thing you can eat. its not the official system theres a certain order, but i tend to stick to what ive just suggested haha. it usually helps me concentrate and focus. this helps me a lot especially when I am out in public and surrounded by people.
