pantoprazole

Having posted a couple or three times on here over the last couple of days due to suffering from a bag of symptoms that have infact been the cause of a visit to A&E this morning thinking I was having a heart attack. Symptoms which include:
rapid heart beat , bad  palpertations , chest pains, ache and pins and needles in my arms, feelings of panic. upset stomach.I had a series of tests that were all negative.
I have just read the side affects of the tablets I have just been taking for acid stomach.Just thought it was worth posting this as I just could not understand why I should be feeling this way. I know it's that time of the year that we all get stressed but I have never felt quite this ill through stress.

SIDE EFFECTS: Pantoprazole like other PPIs is well-tolerated. The most common side effects are diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, constipation, rash and headaches. Dizziness, nervousness, abnormal heartbeat, muscle pain, weakness, leg cramps
