paxil and premature ejaculation

so i was prescribed 20mg of paxil a day for my anxiety problems and my premature ejaculation problem.  the anxiety is a little more under control, as well as the premature ejaculation, but was wondering if the pe can return with continued use of paxil?  read somewhere the body eventually gets used to the drug and the pe will come back even on the medication.

Never knew it as a treatment for that unless the pe was a result of anxiety or depression.  ssris in general do make it harder to reach orgasm, though, an unwanted side effect, but in your case maybe a wanted one.  I know my wife doesn't mind.
