I think that is a good idea...part of pain mangament is physical therapy, which I have found to be of great help after some injuries I have had. In my opinion, there are many methods one can try.   My mother-in-law swears by ancupuncture, while my Aunt loves her chiropractor.  And they may be able to help with your stress as well.  Do you have access to therapy for your anxiety as well?   Keep us posted!

Pain can definitely add to our anxiety in my experience with it.  In my opinion, uncomfortable situations be it social or physical can tend to play an important factor in how we feel.  Are you in any pain management for it?
