pins and needles in my right hand

i have pins and neeedles in my thumb,first and second fingers on my right hand (for the last 4 weeks) just this last week i have also got them in my forearm, and pain in my elbow and in the middle of my shoulder blade,my arm muscle is always tired.

Could be from something heavy you wear regularly, such as a backpack, over your shoulder, or could be repetitive motion.  Could be a lot of things.  It sounds like you've got some inflammation somewhere pinching a nerve.  Time to see a doc and get some pictures taken.
