Im going somewherre with my boyfriend and his parents in 2hours. My doc gave me a ton of 10mg lexapro which isnt working.. I took two at one point that didnt work so i kinda stopped taking it all together for about a week and a half I have not taken it. Should I take three? Will it kill me?
There will be alcohol there so its one or the other....but I know the effects of alcohol are not lasting...I feel like I need something to for the 3 hour ridee.....which alcohol will onlly help me in the beginning and then will wear off....I dont know what to do im panicing......and freaking out please help I dont know what to do.
lexapro is an antidepressant and needs to build up in your system over a period of days or weeks. don't take 3 of them. do you have any klonopinKlonopin Klonopin wafer or xanax that your dr. prescribed?
i just looked it up and you can not drink while taking this med. and it said this drug may take a week or up to 4 weeks before you feel better. side effects are dizzyness and tiredness. try to calm down or it will make things worse. can you take a book or do crossword puzzles? anything to take your mind off the anxiety.
lexapro and alcohol dont go very well, and also do not take three at a time. it is NOT a good idea at all. just be patient, lexapro takes a while to get into the system.. meanwhile try some deep breathing, and keep telling yourself to be calm and relax.. try to distract yourself. also, if you have gaps while taking the dose, it might take longer to actually show results. try to take it regularly and hopefully you'll feel better soon.
