please read have a question

Ok since anti meds really didn't really work for me.I went to the store called second nature to buy herbal to take .The lady's there told me this is really good for anxiety i think it's a little pricey but if it works than it is worth it.it's made by nature's sunshine or distributed whatever from there idk.It's called Nervous Fatigue Formula (chinses herbs by Yang xin) Idk i hope it really works suppose to take it twice a day i also got the distress remedy drops suppose to drop it under your tounge and swollow it when u feel anxious.it's not like xaxan but it taste good.lol..SO MY QUESTION IS DOES ANY1 TAKE herbal stuff and does it sometimes work.I know i also have hormonal problems so this lady at the store also does natural stuff with u.PLEASE I HOPE THIS WORKS .K thx for reading please get back to me if u can.Thx

yes i took herbal medicine,mine was called kalms they really worked for me i only tookthem for a few months and felt alot better,i havent taken themfor a while now.
