i have a really bad headache in the back of my head i never get them in the back so is this an annerism im so scared its a anneryism pleaseeee

Anxiety does this to one.  I often get headaches in the back of my head, and they can be due to tension, or how you slept, etc.  You can pretty much get them all over, front, back sides, temples.  I can understand how getting one where you've never had one before would scare you.  Did you take something for the pain?  If so it should be going away.  I'm glad it's all okay, try to relax and take care.

know its not the worst its just weird i never get headaches in the back of my head so im scared likemi allways freak about these kind of things

Did this come on like a thunderclap?  If it is the worst headache you've ever had and it hit very quickly then I suggest you go to the ER.  Headaches in the back of the head can be stress, but if this hit suddenly and hard, go to your ER, but have someone drive you.  Please let us know what you find out.
