I think it is nervousness about it being your first time, and your performance. Learning how to relax will help.  Have you tried talking about this with your girlfriend?  If she understands that you are nervous, she may be able to help. It takes time for two people to really connect in this way, so take your time, be patient with yourself.  I don't know how old you are, but are you sure you're ready for this? I think when you are truly ready it will happen.  Don't rush it, let it happen on it's own.  Your girlfriend will and should be patient.  If it continues to be a problem you may want to seek therapy about this anxiety.  But with time I do think it will be okay, just don't rush things.  Take care.
