plugged ears

can anxiety cause one or both ears to feel plugged as if you had a cold and just blew your nose??

Yes, I feel the same and I actually made an appt.for an ENT this week,, that's how bad it bothers me. I know how you feel, this anxiety can just about make you feel anything out of the ordinary. You could go to anxietycentre.com there they list a whole range of symptoms caused by anxiety, it's Crazy!!! Hope you feel better.

thanks! i actually go see one on mon. i just needed to know if it could infact be my anxiety, cause it got really bad today and i thought i was going to go deaf!!

yes i get that to i also have tmj so in my sleep iam still stressed out i lock my jaw and when wake up ears are plugged its annoying but goes away after a couple hours in the morning
