possible Akathisia?

First off... i'd like to say i'v suffered from panic/anxiety attacks for about a year or so now, started out with Contricted Breathing... but after awhile everything seemed to die out for a bit, thought everything was going great. Well just recently (past 2 days) i'v felt tremendous Tension in my head/eyes area... its very hard to explain what im feeling.. It almost feels as if im losing my mind sometimes. My jaw muscles always seemed to be chewing down and i'll have random jerks or kicks to keep myself moving. Could this be Akathisia? very strange...Has anyone experienced anything like this? If so how do i go about treating this? I'v made a Dr. appointment as well... Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
