pressure in head and feels like skins falling off

I starting getting feelings of presure in my head and things moving around in my head veary painful,    My skin on my face and scalp is always pulling , sometimes there feels like lille bugs under my skin I have been going throuh this for a couple of weeks and had all kinds of tests no one can find anything except my neck may need surgery I cant see how this can effect my whole head any advice?

Did your doctor explain that it could be related to anxiety?  In my opinion, anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms and I tend to 'super focus' in on symptoms that I may be worried about when in fact they are normal feelings.  Have you had anxiety problems in the past?

I get all kinds of weird feelings on my scalp, kinda like an tingly and itchy feeling.. Anxiety can cause some pretty crazy symptoms.
