problem breathing, pounding heart,fast beat

Question? Does anyone have pounding heart beat everyday and fast beat everyday.I have it everyday and it's really getting to me. And sometimes i feel like i'm not breathing. I had 2 EKG's done .normal.But sometimes i feel like it's not normal..Because i have that pounding everday maybe there is something wrong with my heart. I feel like it's gonna stop all of a sudden because of the everday fast beat. Anyone going through this or is it just me? Thanks

YES...YES and Yes!  Those are classic symptoms of panic/anxiety.  You will see you are not alone.  Sometimes when you get a really bad one feels like you are coming out of your skin and you just cannot focus or sit still.  We all have different experiences, but the feeling of having a heart attack is a huge sign.  Since you had an EKG, you know and can relax knowing it is not your heart.

Thank you for listening. I know i should just relax but sometimes it's hard to just float with it. The last time i saw my doctor was in Feb-09. They did all kinds of test.What i really want done is a MRI but i don't have that kind of insurance since i'm not working right now.Got laid off  in July-08. Can't afford therapist. Well it's nice to know i'm not alone.Thanks guys.

o my gosh i thought i was the only one u dont even go through half the stuff i do im 13 years old my heart rate is up at a 140 every day my parents dont even care i got an EKG and since it dosn't happen so much during weekends the EKG only found one turnig point were my heart was at 144. my parents are only taking me to a nother heart doctor because my regular doctor wanted it other wise they wouldn't have got it all they care about is my school work i tremble during class i barly ever sleep im suicidle ive passed out more than once.... so u think YOU need help think again!!!!!!!!!!
