question about klonopin

Been on it for nearly 3 years. Started 1 mg 2x a day and ended up taking anywhere from 3-5 mg only at night. Once I took 6 or 7 mg's.

Recently I take anywhere from 3-5 MG a night. I am close to wean off effexor and then will wean off klonopin.

My question is, since my dosage has been irregular, is it safe to start taking only 2 mg's a night for the next 30 days and then slowly start weaning off or should I start taking 1 mg in the morning and 1.5 at night?

PS. Whenever I reduce I feel no withdrawal symptoms.
