question about xanax?

I have a question about xanax. I have been taking xanax for about 2 years. But i only take it as needed. I probley only average 5 pills a month and they are the lowest dose .25 milgram. I have herd that you can have a seizure if you stop taking it would that still be true for me? or no because i dont take it every day and never experience any withdrawl (withdrawal) because i only take so few? are the sezures for people who take alot of them a day or are dependent on them??

i would  agree..... I am on xanax for sleep at night.. when i became pregnant. i had to go off it. .. i was worried at first about it... but.. was told the dose was really too low to do that..
