quick question

Is there any likely hood in someone just dropping dead?? I'm 19 and have no heart conditions or anything that im aware off but i do get chest pains due to anxiety. So can someone just drop dead like that?!

hiya have you been checked by the doctor? have they diagnosed anxiety? i get chest pains too from anxiety. its very unlikely you will drop dead for no reason anxiety makes us worry of dying

Yep i've been diagnosed!(unfortunately), I go to cbt as well, was there earlier actually. I just keep getting random feelings i'm going to drop dead as irrational as they may be they're still scary as hell!

how long you been in CBT it takes time, i used have those feelings every day still do every now and again!!! its frightenin but ver irrational lol

i just finished my 8th session today, The feelings went away for a few weeks but the past few days they've been back! ughh I hate them they freak me out!

did you tell the therapist there back? it takes a while to sink in and remember you will have some bad days but when you do just remember the good ones
