sometimes my anxiety gets me, and I start seeing people as not real. my mind CONSTANTLY thinks of how they are real. trying to find out why, or how they are real and what they are. very soon it becomes a cluttered mess in the back of my mind. does this sound familiar to anyone? constantly thinking about something, trying to figure people out. is that "racing thoughts"? are racing thoughts the same as obsessiveObsessive-compulsive disorder Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder thoughts? I have OCDObsessive-compulsive disorder, also.

LivingAdvanced care directives with OCDObsessive-compulsive disorder can really be a challenge, but if you understand it and are willing to confront it then it is very manageable in my opinion. Are you going through talk therapy right now? For me, this really helped put some order back in my life and take a step by step approach to confronting and dealing with it...keep us posted!
