relief of symptoms

This may sound strange, but when I stopped eating gluten and soy my anxiety symptoms went away.  I saw strange things sometimes when I closed my eyes and when I looked at things quickly.  Not aliens or anything, but weird patterns that seemed horrific.  Sometimes I my arms and legs felt funny - Like I was more conscious of my blood flowing and sometimes the flow would skip a little - and at work I felt like I couldn't type another word w/out wiggling my hands.  Also, I was chronically fatigued and sluggish.  Now I only feel that if I slip up on my diet.  The soy is the worst part.  But it is hard to find things to eat.

I took medications for years.  But it was something that noone knew to look at me.  Is there a reasonable mechanism to explain this?

Remove soy too.  That's a killer.  Just see how you feel.

I have never heard anyone else claiming to feel their blood flowing.  I told my husband that I feel toxic like.  I my legs now are starting to feel heavy or weak.  I also have tingling in my arms.  I'm also chronically tired and feel fuzzy.  At times I feel hyper sensetive. I think I will try removing gluten and see if that helps.  Thanks for the info.  Rhonda

Wow, I can't believe you posted this.  My girlfriend just told me to read an article in "Hear and Soul" discussing the effects of Whey and Soy.  I haven't read it yet, but she said I would find it interesting.  Are there a lot of foods with soy in it?  I eat a lot of veggie meat and I know that has, well it IS gluten so.....hmmmm, how very interesting.
