Even relaxing tea is a bit much for me to take. I'm fine..till it wears off, then my nerves feel like popcorn on a hot tin roof.
I can't stand being like this. It's just hell.
Is there any hope.
I just feel that there's not enough time...I need more time...
and my licence will expire in September.
I do have the option to re do the first road tesat and stay at the intermediate level for another five years.
I've tried hypno too. It did help, but I just can't seem to get my head around the time I arrive and the time the examiner shows up. I just need to take it in stride.
I went to the test centre, and felt ok, but right now my nerves are so bad, I can barely control them.
I think the root of my problem is low confidence. I don't have family support AT ALL....I don't even bother telling them anything. There's no point.
Do you just feel this way because of the road test? or is it like this all the time? if it is the road test...CALM DOWN!!!! If you see yourself failing then you are setting yourself up for failure....picture yourself passing...go through it in your mind. Just take it minute by minute and don't think so much..what will be will be....and say to yourself it will be fine...If you have this type of anxiety all the time, then you should just continue with therapy and possibly try new meds that are out there. Don't give up on yourself...you CAN make it through this...you have to try to think more positively...I know it is hard to do, but try.
