saw the doc today

He didn't really say much. Just upped my dosage of Celexa, gave me more ativan and ordered some blood work. I'm supposed to call my regular physician on Monday.

That's a typical doctor for you. Upped the medication. You will no doubt go back and he will ask how you feel on the higher dose. Though monday doesn't sound like time enough to know if it will work better. You can only take what you were given. See how you feel on it. Let your regular doctor know come monday.

how is it going on the ativan? is it helping some?

yes the Ativan does help. I haven't actuallly been able to take my Celexa yet because I came to stay with my parents yesterday and forgot to grab it. I think my husband is going to bring it out tomorrow.

were you on celexa before? if so you don't want to miss a dose. Make sure you have your husband bring it out as soon as possible. One day ok, but after that you will begin to have affects on not having it.
what did he up your celexa to? and the ativan?

yes i've been on Celexa since last year. I was on 20 mg. and he upped it to 40. Um for the Ativan the dosage is 1 to 2 pills up to three times a day as needed for anxiety.
