I totally understand the panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia and desperation you are feeling. But I will say, if you do not get out and walk or do something to take your mind off of all of this it is going to get worse. I don't want to scare you but I know from experience that trying to think about it and look up every symptom online is only going to make things worse for you. I know from experience, I'm not just trying to be critical.

It is important to see a doctor and if after a good physical and blood workup if you need to see a psychiatrist, DO IT!! Do not wait. I have gone from doctor to doctor to doctor for the past 18 months. I could have probably nipped this anxiety cr@p in the bud if I would have headed to the psych after my first doctor appointment. Every new feeling will bring on more and more panic if you don't stop it. Get it taken care of before it consumes your life.
Get help, get out and be well!!! You can beat this!!!
