seeing Fireflies in my eyes?

am guessing this is some kind of vitamin or blood problem?  my body feels sorta light along with my head. I'm seeing some sort of spark like things in my head wich I haven't noticed for a while

I was seeing fireflies for about 7 seconds or so. after I woke up.  

what can cause this?  I also been having headaches and a weird pressure feeling in my head along with a slight dizziness and everynow and then my mind can feel sorta of blank/slightly confused. even though I can respond properly.

This sounds like tension headaches,i get them often the floaters in my eyes the band around my head i always felt dizzy and sick,i went to the doctor and he told me i had neck nerve damage,which was causing the floaters in my eyes,and because i was stressing about it thats what caused the tension headaches i also use to suffer with numbness in my arms and pins and needles in my fingers.

Go buy a blood pressure machine at walmart. I have floaters too. Hate those things. They come and go.
