im 24 year old man, i have been worrying about things for years, when i was 14 i chocked on food quite badly,
this happen a couple more time over the next 2 years, by the time i was 16 i had a serious problem eating, i would always need a sip of water every time i swallowed food an i constantly felt like i was getting food stuck in my throat,
i learnt to live with this but also developed a breathing problem, i was told it was panic attacks an it proved to be just that because if i was doing something fun like playing football i would have no problems breathing,
My breathing problems are practically over now an my eating has almost back to normal, all be it after about 5 years of struggle,
my current problem is i went go-karting about 6 weeks ago an after the race my right hand was shacking, this happened to me the previous year that i did go-karting but this time round the shacking scared me alot as my dad has parkinsons diseae,
coinsidently i have been playing alot of football in last few weeks an now my legs feel uncomfortable an almost a bit tremberly but if im lying down or very distracted im ok,
my biggest fear is having parkinsons or MS, the doctors just prescribe anit depresent or anti anxiety pills but if its in my head then i would like to deal with it myself, help please
