and what is up with being sad and it being a horible task to take a shower.that was one of the questions my doctor asked me. How often do you shower?.what is the link there?

Do you get anxious taking a shower?  I have known some people that actually use it as a coping mechanism for anxiety while others it actually raises it.  People deal with anxiety in many different ways; there is no 'textbook' way to confront it, but there are tried and true methods in my opinion.

I dont get anxious,its just such a huge thing to do i have to talk myself into everyday and i dont understand why?
