Can't agree strongly enough with allmymarbles. To eat the sort of "diet" you were on for over a month and then to suddenly dump take out Chinese into your system........what did you think would happen?
Like allmymarbles has stated, you need to reintroduce "normal" food to your system very slowly. You've said that ever since then, you can't eat anything greasy, fatty or surgary. It's my guess you're going way too fast trying to get these regular foods back into your diet. I'm not a dietitian, so I'm just winging my answers here, but I would say that you need to more or less return to the diet you were eating, and slowly add low fat, low carb, low cholesterol foods, giving your body time to adjust after each addition. Add a small portion of chicken or fish, some beans, organic pasta.........work your way slowly back to a normal diet.
And speaking of "normal diets," at 60 years of age, I have tried lots of fad diets in my time. The ONLY "diet" that works, in my humble opinion, is to STOP stuffing your piehole full of C*R*A*P and junk and highly processed foods and STOP EATING SO DAMN MUCH. You will lose weight and keep it off if you simply relearn HOW to eat. That means eat simple, eat fresh, eat nutritious, eat less and EXERCISE. Fad diets don't work because we don't eat that way. Sure, you drop the weight quick, you drop the stupid diet even quicker and you go back REALLY quck to eating "normally." You wake up a few weeks later fatter than before and start snuffling around like a truffle hog for the next magic diet. Which doesn't exist. If you eat good, nutritious food in moderate portions and exercise regularly, you can eat whatever you want. No more diets, ever!
No more fad diets, OK? They're called that for a reason.
Good luck and stay healthy

I think everyone knows what is wrong with you. You went on an unnatural restrictive diet, a diet that does not promote human health. So you messed yourself up. Now, faced with more normal food, you have no tolerance for it. We all need protein, fat and carbohydrate. Many people cut out or or even two of these. Not smart.
Reintroduce normal foods very, very slowly. And, please, stay away from these magic diets.
