sleep aids

going thru lortab withdrawal and sleeping only 3-4 hrs a night, tried ambien, effective for only 2 hrs. plz anyone have any sugggestions as to how to get a good night of sleep. in misery i am for sure, anxiety is awful!!!!!

Are you under a doctors care?  They will usually prescribe kalonopin or xanax to help with the insomnia and anxiety of withdrawls.

they do not work for my father either.... it's alright.
