i was wondering if anxiety cause symptoms on one side of the body, i get like a weird feeling on the right side of my face almost like a lite numbness, i also get a tight feeling on my right leg and some tingling. not the whole left side just diffrent parts.

I get that too, it is weird..like only one side is affected.

I know another friend of mine gets this way also...just one site of her body bothers her at times.  And, she is a very anxious person also.  I have also read this alot on this site, people with just one side either being heavy, or in pain or what have you!  Don't know why!
