Sorry you are in such a bad place right now. First of all you need to know that you are not alone and you can get better.
Are you currently seeing a psychatrist? If not I would suggest that you start seeing one. They will be able to help you get to the root of what is causing your anxiety and help you figure out a treatment plan.
You can also try keeping a journal. That might help you to get out some of the things that are causing you to be so anxious.

Have you sought help for this? If not please do so! This is treatable and you need to take advantage of the treatments available. Maybe let us know what's going on that is making you feel so bad, often just talking with others who understand and care can help.
