sore throat

I have been told in the HIV forum and from a specialized doctor in London that I DID NOT have a risk from an exposure, no risk at all, no test needed.
Now after 4 weeks I developed sore troat and fever, can it be anxiety? I have been worrying about it for 4 weeks

I hear it's possible for stress/anxiety to cause ulcers and breakouts. But it sounds like you should follow up with a doctor, a different one maybe, one you can demand/request a test from so that you don't have to worry about having HIV.

Anxiety won't cause a fever and sore throat.  You probably have a fever from the sore throat and it should pass within a few days.  It's not HIV, so try to stop worrying about this because fear feeds anxiety, and you don't want to make your anxiety worse.  Take care...
