still confused

can my feelings still happen even if i dont think im stressin i mean im not freakin out when this happens it just happens the only thing i stress about is my health cuz what im feeling is not normal and its not happening cuz im overwelmeed it just happensall the time so can anxiety realy still happen like this

Yes I do understand what you are saying. What I am trying to describe is that for just about every real medical condition their is an equal anxiety feeling for it. Some people think they are paralyzed because they loose the ability to move their lower half of their body. And they sure seem paralyzed but there was no injury and good blood flow in the brain. This would be extreme anxiety but yes it can do anything. Just because anxiety can do the same thing as something real doesn't say if it is or is not. That's why we need to go to doctors.

I hope you find answers soon. I hope you are fine too. Keep us informed. But just because it can be doesn't give you an answer either way if you can't identify the source.

Once a person identifies the source of the problem, whether it is stress or a med problem they can treat it. In your case right now you are at the stage of feeling it and do not know what is causing this feeling. The feeling is real, you are feeling it, but why? We can't tell you why. But if it turns out to be anxiety we sure can help you get through it. First you need to identify.

Answer. That can be one type of anxiety. The subconscious anxiety. Lets face it, if most people knew they were just worrying about nothing or just stressing lots of people with anxiety would not have anxiety. One of the most frustrating parts of anxiety is that the individual does not know what is causing the feeling. Totally unaware. Yes.

Everyone lives with subconscious stress whether they know it or not. Everyone! Each of our bodies react differently to it. My body doesn't get tired when I am stressed. That's bad because then I don't sleep which makes my mind exhausted. I don't even know when I am stressed half the time. When I stop sleeping when other wise I should be I know it's my stress. I can't feel it but can identify it though sleep patterns.

But don't give up hope, usually these things identify sooner or later. Some people are more in tune with their bodies and know when some little thing is not right. Even something as simple as an allergy that is so slight can be making you feel different and then triggering this anxiety. Not saying that is what it is, but one thing can cause a different response. Please try a different doctor. We all understand how frustrating this is. Most of us have been in your situation either learning anxiety or condition but we all had to identity the problem one way or the other. Keep you head up, take action. Besides if this happens more now this is the time to get checked. I hope you get an answer soon. I'd love to be able to answer what is happening but I can only say it can be either until you rule all out. :) But I'd be glad to keep answering any questions you have along the way. :)

Try a different doctor. They told me my asthma was anxiety. I didn't want to hear asthma, allergy, or anxiety until they could show me proof of what exactly was happening. I couldn't except a guess. You should try to be examined during when you feel this way. But even more so you need to go to a doctor that knows what to look for. You might find nothing which is good to rule stuff out. But you also need to find a doctor that has seen conditions such as this to help look for possibilities. You may need to go to specialists. Have you checked your pressure and pulse when you felt fine and during this weak feeling? Have you tried to lay back to see if it makes a difference? When you feel weak do you have a hard time walking and "thinking"? Do you stop worrying when you feel weak? That is another good one because when start to get a drop in pressure it can be difficult to keep worrying where as anxiety you worry even more. But honestly it can be anything and you need a doctor to assist you until you are sure it is or is not. Guessing will not get it cured. If it is anxiety you need to know for sure. You're not going to get your answer here. Yes anxiety can be anything, anything. Green dots on your forehead can be anxiety. But you won't know that until you rule everything else out. Once you rule everything out then you can work on it if it is anxiety. That's the worst part about identifying anxiety is that you need to rule everything out just in case. If you do nothing you will not get an answer. And you might identify it your self along the way as one or the other.

Haven't you said that you recently went to the ER, or your doc? If not...then by alll means, go and get checked out.  Ruling out an actual physical cause is always advisable.  If you already have been seen and checked out...but cannot move past this...there isn't much more reassurance we can give you...you've got to help yourself.  You are super focused on these symptoms...and in turn, your anxiety is just brewing and brewing, and boiling over.

MY advice to you is...if you HAVEN'T had a medical work up....do so promptly.  If you HAVE and the docs say you're fine...believe them.  You are a YOUNG young man!  If something was seriously wrong and you were getting ready to collapse...I would strongly think you would have by now.  You have a severe case of health anxiety, IMO.  Have you read thru the forum about others who have health anxiety also?  Remember, it doesn't have to be the EXACT same symptoms that YOU have...everyone is different.  The anxiety is the same regardless of what the exact sensations are.

I'm really feeling for you...we all are, b/c we've all been in your shoes.  But there comes a time where you have to grab the bull by the horns, and actually take charge.  Get to the doctor...if it isnt physical...then tell him/her that you are in desperate need for anxiety treatment.

Putting that off is delaying your wellness.  Plus, if the symptoms are as bothersome as they are...you have to do SOMETHING about it right?  I just do not think that we can say the same things to you in any different way that would make you believe us.

Go to your doc...and let us know what happens, ok?  If you've been given a clean bill of health already.....the time has come.  No more "what iff-ing"...no more questions....just seek the help you need.  We'll be here for you and help you through it without a doubt...but there is only so much we can do to help you if YOU won't help you.

teel me more what to you mean and can what im feeling be anxiety cuz i dont think it is i thik im gonna die like soon cuz i get these urges to just like collapse out and i got it real bad today so i went outside to play basketball to get it off my mind and it got worse so i startde to walk home and then i just knew i wasnt going to make it i thought i was gonna drop out like collapse but my heart wasnt racing or i wasnt dizzy or nothing so please explain what you said more

I was wondering the same thing, actually....

My health anxiety came to the forefront as a response to subconscious stuff, it really took me by surprise when I realized that what I was feeling was extreme anxiety.  It's not simply "worry", like some people might think.
