still have not got answer to suboxone with klonopin

I have yet to recieve an answer about the suboxone with klonopin. both have been prescribed to me and doc said its okay but i felt like **** when i took them both together. and my new doctor seems to be a prescription pusher so im not sure i trust him. i should probably just call a few doctors and see what they say. cant take the anxiety much longer. the suboxone helps but i cant take it when i need it for anxiety u know? so what the hell can i do? some one respond please. some one who may have solid info. i appreciate the info i got from... well i forgot her name . but she is the only one who has wrote me so far. well thanx . see ya

Wow never buy street drug and type of opiate and benzoyl could result in death so try to see another doctor I take a very low dose of klonopin as needed with my suboxone 8 mg in day and 8 at night never take it upon urself to make those checks it could be a matter of life and death just a cared citizen not a doctor but have almost died on oxycodone and clonopin watched many die on OxyContin and similar anti anxiety drugs md would hat to hear of another wonderful person loose their life please if u can find a competent doctor that care about your well being

Been on box for over 2yrs from a high of 16mg a day to now down to 10 as i slowly taper to get off them.  taking benzos (clonopin, xanax, ativan) with box is and has been done.  if you are asking because you got a bunch of each off the street and don't want to kill yourself, good call.  too much of both will severely depress your respiratory system and if you visit suboxone's website, there is documented instances of COMA AND DEATH associated with taking suboxone and benzodiazepenes.  After saying all that, I take my 10mg a day of box and every now and then streetbuy a clonapin 1mg pill, or maybe 2.  your eyes will get very droopy, your vision will blur, and you'll want a pillow and a blanket.  all of which is fine, outstanding even.  just don't be driving a car or at work or doing anything other than chilling at home with the netflix and some popcorn.  it won't kill you (it could kill you) just don't over do it, don't drive, and have a babysitter just in case.

The benzos are used with suboxone but you may need to have you dose adjusted and take them at different times. Did you tell your doc you felt lousy after taking both of them?

I'm sorry, but I know nothing about Suboxone and have never seen it spoken of on this particular forum, however, it IS talked about on the Substance Abuse forum ALL the time and I bet someone would respond right away.    

You may also want to post it on a forum on the "Ask a Doctor" side.
