strange feeling in head

Hi, lately I have been getting these weird headaches. it is not really a headache but more of a pressure in my head and tingling inside my head(mostly on the right side) and pressure behind my eye. It feels like if I press my head and eye,I can touch the feeling.

And also I have been dizzy almost all the time. just with a few days or hours that i don't have this feeling.

This is making me scares and I get hyperventilated making these feelings worse than they are.

I have done blood tests and nothing comes out of that. everything is ok.

does anybody else have these symptoms. what could they be?

I know how you feel. My doctor said anxiety, but I'm scared all the time thinking its something else.
My eyes feel funny, the left feel small and the right eye seems wide open. Help!!!!  Not all the time just when I'm having an episode.

Could be tension headaches, occipital neuralgia or both. A nerve block will confirm the diagnosis for occipital neuralgia. Chronic tension headaches are due to stress, bad postures, bad sleeping habits etc.

hey lamala ive been having the exact same feelings for the past 2 months  pressure behind eye or eyes but not all the time it comes and goes i have muscle twitching, my legs and arms feel weak but theyre not i feel dizzy all the time unless i am distracted
I went to the doctor and she did a full physical on me said everything is fine but she wanted me to get a blood and urine test to make sure so i did and everything was fine. She seems to think that its anxiety but shes sending me to the neurologist just to make sure because i mentioned the possibility of brain tumor and she jsut kind of looked at me funny as if she already knew it was anxiety causing this. But it still worries me i constantly think about it.

Anxiety can cause all kinds of symptoms even strange head pains and dizziness.  It could definetly be anxiety.  However I am not a dr and I think it would be wise to speak to your dr about this.

I know you said that you had blood test done but did you have a neurological exam?  You might want to ask your dr about seeing a neurologists.  I am not trying to scare you but you should get throughly checked out when you have symptoms such as these just to rule anything else out before you can say that it is anxiety.

If it is anxiety I would suggest you see a therapists.  They will be able to help you and figure out the best course of treatment for you.

I really hope you start to feel better soon.  Keep me posted.....
