strange sensation in head

Same thing happening again? I hope not.. But it sure feels like it. I'm trying to stay calm and trying not to think about it. I have this "weird" sensation in my head again, I'm not sure how to explain it, its not really a dizzy, lightheaded or off balance feeling. I feel like my head/brain is tired (I think I slept too much - 12hours). When I get up my head feels so heavy and I also feel like I can't sit still.
Yesterday,I was OK until about 5pm, my head felt weird and I felt like I was going to have a panic attack so I went outside and it kinda went away until I went back inside. It kept coming and going! When I woke up I was OK until I got out of bed then this feeling came back.
I'm really sick of it, I've seen the doctor so many times so this and they NEVER find anything wrong with me. I don't know if I just don't explain the symptoms properly or what.
I also feel a "rush" feeling in my head sometimes which scares me.I keep thinking I'm gonna have a seizure,or I'llndi faint or even die. I guess I'll just stay in bed all day.

Another thing I've noticed is my eyes feel like they're moving fast, and I can't seem to focus on one thing, and I'm seeing a lot of "after images" and floaters.
My anxiety is high at the moment,
I'm doing my best to stay calm.. Ugh, it *****

Maybe its vertigo? I don't know

Thank you.
This was helpful. I'll look for those books for sure.
I take Vitamin C, but I'll give the others a try.
I feel like it helps when I just cry when I feel like this, I cried twice today.
Hopefully I can go see a doctor soon

Hi, I am so sorry you are experiencing all these awful symptoms.

I can relate, however, I have had most of them as well. They are awful. That "rush" really *****. It seems like the more we worry, the worse the symptoms become, especially if we are worried about a certain disease, then those symptoms come in to play.

I suggest two wonderful books, they have been my life saver. "Hope and Help for your Nerves" and "Peace from Nervous Suffering" they are both by Dr Claire Weekes, you can get them from Amazon.com. They are written in language that is easy to understand, and, like I said, are true savers.

I also pray lots, and this, too, helps to comfort me.

I hope you start to feel better, living like this can be hell, but, it will pass.

Oh, another suggestion, I recommend seeing a chiropractor, if the verterbrae in your neck are out and pinching nerves, you will experience all these symptoms, mine sure helped me. Also, adding a good, high potency "B" complex vitamin and multi-mineral complex and be of great help along with extra vitamin C. All these strengthen the adrenal glands which are the "nerve" glands.
