stress or anxiety?

i am curiouse.  i have had a twitch in my right eye for about 1 1/2 months now. it is buggin my badly and i dont knwo why it is doin it. also my heart feels like it beats fast sometimes. or irregular. i get the feeling of being nervouse. i have a heart murmor but as far as i know that is nothing to really be concerned about. if anyone has any ideas please help out. thankyou

It can definitely be from anxiety.  Many different physical things happen to your body (twitches, heart palps, tremors, headaches, nausea, etc.)  However, I would first get checked by your doctor.  Maybe he can refer you to a neurologist to first make sure nothing is physically wrong.  I would also go to a cardiologist to check your heart.  This is not to make you nervous because it definitely can be anxiety, but first rule out all medical aspects.  Once that is done, and everything is fine, then I would suggest to go see a good psychiatrist to see what is bothering you and get the help you need.  There is no reason to have to live this way...there are many things that can be done to help you feel better.  Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.
