bip,

your recent results have determined you dont have ovarian/uterine cancer or diabetes.  There are several causes of bloating that come to mind:
1) Stress
2) Food sensitivities
3) Fibroids/cysts

1)  You have been very stressed for several months now.  After following your posts, I dont think you have had more than 2-3 days stress-free since in a long time what with your move, worry over your puppy, husbands computer habits, kids starting school, and health scares. Stress and anxiety can cause of variety of uncomfortable physical symptoms including bloating and frequent urination.  Regardless of whether or not anxiety is the primary cause of these symptoms, you NEED to seek help for your anxiety.  It is very apparent that you have concerns that can not, and will not, be alleviated by other posters on this forum (e.g. you have posted essentially the same question in this forum approximately 3 times a day for weeks).  You quality of life is compromised/negatively right now so PLEASE seek help for your anxiety sooner rather than later.  You NEED more help than can be provided on this board to get back on track.

2) Food sensitivites can cause bloating.  Try keeping a food journal and document what you eat, when, and if you notice any changes in symptoms.  You could have sensitivites to gluten or lactose etc.  A gastroenterologist may be a good person to see if this is the case.

3) Cysts/fibroids can cause frequent urination and some bloating.  It looks like this is something being investigated right now.

So............ keep a food journal and see if you can detemine any correlations between symptoms and diet.  Also, seek help for your anxiety.  Since anxiety can cause your symptoms, you need to determine whether this is the "primary" cause of your physical manifestations.  What you are doing now is not working so something has to change.....

Did they say anything about the fibroids?  i read your post.  All symptoms can point to cancer.  Even a sore throat!  But we can't always think the worst.  There are hundreds of other things that it can be.  Maybe try a urologist.

I just wanted you to look at this site again. I have posted it before. Anytime I have a certain symptom I will always go on this site to see if it is there. It is very reassuring for me. It shows that anxiety can cause all kinds of gastro problems and frequent urination. here is the link

I recently went through the same thing. I had a 4mm cyst that they found through catscan. The ultra sound that you had done is more thorough. It can see up close. I catscan is good, but ultra sound is better. When I had my US last month the cyst was gone and ovaries were normal. You have to hold on to that  positive U/S.

You had sonograms done which show that your cyst is shrinking.  If there was any cancer or anything suspicious it would have shown up in the sonogram.  Please stop thinking you have ovarian cancer.  It is your anxiety playing tricks on you.  Put it out of your mind.  Yes, I believe you are uncomfortable, but it is not cancer.  Please believe that and go to a gastro doctor.
