swallowing issues
Does anyone have trouble like swallowing? you really arent having trouble but you think you are?
sometimes at work when im talking to my customers i get it in my head that i cant swallow. i always feel that i need to be drinking water so my throat will be wet.
when i go out in public and eat i feel like i wont be able to swallow my food, like i have to force it down.
my throat is fine though its all in my head. anyone else suffer?

I feel like that sometimes too. And I also feel tightness on the sides of my neck as well. It comes and goes and sometimes as soon as I think about it feeling tight, it does. So crazy what our minds can do!
This happened to me today, while waiting to get my car from the detailing shop. It was hard to swallow and I only had a little bit of water left. I was getting nervous, my throat started to feel kinda think too it was weird, I leaned my head on the couch I was sitting in and then I felt like I was throw up for some reason. *sigh .. Nothing was wrong with me , I never threw up lol .. It's crazy how we experience these physical feelings random, and so do others but our self awareness is more heightened than other people.
