I DO TALKIKNG LONG HOURS  OVER PHONE. I FEEL PEOPLE IRRITATING BY IT.  THEY ARE AVOINDING ME . BUT I CAN'T STOP IT. WHEN I AM ALONE  I AM RESOLVING MY ANXIETIES  BY TELLING THESE TO OTHERS. I CAN'T CONCENTRATE OTHER ACTIVITIES. I AM GETTING TIRED  OF MY THINKINGS. I AM ALSO EXPERIENCING MOOD SWINGS. MORNING I FEEL TIRED AND LAZY BUT EVENING I AM GETTING ENERGY AND ACTIVE TO DO WORK  .PLEASE HELP ME DOCTOR.

Talking to your friends is a good thing normally, but when you force them to take on the roll of therapist then that becomes a problem as you can see.   No one wants to hear complaining all the time, that's what a psychiatrist is for.   The psych can also evaluate your mood swings and possibly start you on some medication.  Being tired in the morning and gaining energy at night is typical of depression so why not call your doctor today so you can start to feel better and keep your friends at the same time.   I hope this doesn't sound too harsh, but I have been in your shoes and lost my friends because I was so depressed and that's was all I used to talk about.   Talking about your problems "sometimes" is normal and good, just not all the time.  And a good way to reactivate a friendship who has become "annoyed" with you is to be there for them and make it a point not to talk about yourself, you see?   Really, the only person that can help you is you.
