the emotional freedom technique

by louiseevans222, Oct 19, 2009 09:54AM
as an anxiety sufferer in the past....Ive suffered nearly all the symptoms,or should I say "sensation" there are...it's horrible....but I would like to make one point clear, anxiety is a natural process of the flight or fight system....it's all to do with a part of the brain called the amygdala...amygdala deals with fear and anxiety..

everyone has this as its a natural process...but people who have anxiety, have it set high, thats why they have those racing thoughts, because the subconcious makes your imagination run wild for you do get scared....but really its just because the amygdala is set high.....

I recommend an amazing technique which ive used....and which i still use called the emotipnal freedom technique....its a technique that release negative enrgy from the energy field and changes certain beliefs from the subconcious this a a video ive done check it out and see for yourself
