throat/mouth

the past few days ive had this weird sensation that something is constantly stuck on the right side of my throat. nothing relieves it. tonight i also noticed i have red bumps (about the size of a pencil eraser) on the back of my tounge. my neck is very stiff and my head feels heavy. i was thinking it could maybe be thrush? i dont know, but i could really use some advice or thoughts of what it could be!! ive been having all kinds of random intense anxiety symptoms for almost 2 months, so maybe this is just yet another symptom?

Have you seen your doctor about this?  On any given day, I could probably find some symptom that bothers me.  Knowing that you have anxiety, you may tend to misinterpret certain symptoms and notice much more going on related to your health than people that don't have to deal with this on a normal basis in my opinion.

The good thing is you are confronting your anxiety through therapy. While there is no quick fix to this you are definitely doing the right thing in my experience with anxiety. Keep us posted!

For sure the throat thing is def anxiety related im going through the same symptom as we speak. Don't worry about it. It will pass. The red bump was probably there before your probably now noticing it. Anxiety hightens your awareness of yourself, things that u never notice before presents itself as a problem. You'll be fine.

its just so annoying to constantly have that feeling in my throat of something being there. I can't stand it! Is it possible that it could be my sinuses causing this? I seem to have some pressure in my cheeks and my left ear bothers me at times. I also almost constantly have mucus running down the back of my throat, but I don't ever really have a runny or stuffy nose. I can't keep calling my doctor over every little thing...
