time diffrence between two anxiety/panic attack?

how long one anxiety/panic attack lasts.and what is the mimimum time diffrence for second anxiety/panic attack?

Well...that depends on the person.  It is not the same for everyone. I have had some go away in 10 to 15 minutes and really bad ones lasting much longer!!!  There is no set time frame for these sort of feelings.

This really depends on you.  If you do not let it pass through you it could go on for 2 hours.  If one is coming then you just have to let it come. it will pass.  But if you focus on the symptoms then look out you are in for a long night.

I focus on the symptoms these days so I am always in for the long haul!  Thought my panic attacks were done and gone and here they are again taking over my life!!!
