tingling tounge
Ok so have any of you ever noticed that you have a tingling tounge? Sounds silly but I have noticed it this evening and apparently it can be a cause of anxiety! Just makes me nervous
Thanks! I went to the doctor today because I was Finally free of Panic for over a week and a half and for me thats great , this almost sent me over the edge because I was so scared!
yes, never had a tingling tongue tho, but! i have had an itchy one before. not sure if that was panic related or not.
