Hi i d like to give some tips..iv had severe anxiety for 2years many emotional traumas..
but these tips helps a lot
if u have social phobia/anxiety..start by going out few mins everyday bit by bit ull start to get confident
excercise! Very important daily
eat healthy,cut down sugar and sweets..increase fruit veg
meditate and listen to music(not sad songs)
if u have toxic friends change them i kno nt always possible but no one shall live in fear..seek positive ppl
if u don't feel well maybe a psychologist meet would be helpful,theyre so nice and understanding
and last but not least..ANXIETY can be won,,,always say that u will beat it and ur never scared of it
