Hi there, glad you found us!

I agree with lydia completely.  I think you definitely have a Health Phobia, and it is pretty common, as you will find out just by browing the forum.

You need to get into some regular and intensive talk therapy and focus on just HOW you can begin to have faith in what the docs are telling you...that the test results are accurate.

Here is your list of symptoms:

headaches  back top and sides at different times
slightly blocked ears
lump in throat
lower back pain
stomach problems  aches and churning
legs feeling like lead
no energy
tired
exhaustion
pain and redness at tip of penis   no stds or stis

EVERY single one of them, minus the penile irritation absolutely could be anxiety related.  As for the redness/irritation...I also agree with lydia..it could be organic...it could be a persistent yeast infection.  There are all kinds of reasons.

As soon as you start addressing all of your symptoms as "anxiety" related, I think you'll be surprised to see just how many of them will disappear.  Anxiety and depression causes very REAL physical symptoms.

Hang in there and do let us know how you're doing, ok?  We care!

(Slipping in a big {{{{{hug}}}}} for lydia)  :0)

Hey Sweetie...........I am NOT a doctor, so please understand that what I'm about to say is simply my humble opinion. You've been to many doctors and have had numeous test, all of which have come back negative. That WOULD have been my first recommendation......to have a thorough physical to rule out any organic reason for all your symptoms.
Aside from the pain and redness on your penis, which DOES sound like an organic problem, but you were cleared of any STDs or STISs. What did the docs say about that, then?
It sounds to me like you are suffering from depression. You have many of the symptoms of it and I think a referral to a therapist would be a good next step for you.
It sounds as if you have a bit of "health anxiety" which can be dealt with at your therapists. Many of us with anxiety focus on our health since it manifests itself in so many physical ways.
I can relate to your fears and I'm very glad you found us. There are many here who will be able to offer you insight into what is going on, but I still strongly urge you to get in with a good therapist and get this under control sooner than later.
You're going to be fine and you have us whenever you need us..............but in this day and age, one must be very pro-active in seeking out the medical/mental health care we need. Don't wait for it to come to you!
Please keep us posted, OK?
Peace
