Sorry that I haven't been around and I see that you posted that your heart rate would not go down when you got out of bed and moved around..First, did doing things help with your dizziness or did it continue?

As far as the heart rate, I know that the rate is definitely related to anxiety, however, if it is only when you move around, I would tell my doctor..just to be sure.

Also, if you have been in bed a long time without much movement, that can also effect your heartrate when you start moving around again...
